Carelon to further expand Iloilo footprint by end of 2024.

Carelon Global Solutions will further expand its Iloilo footprint by the end of 2024 through enhanced capabilities and an increased workforce.

Carelon Philippines boasts a talent pool of over 9,000 diverse and highly skilled individuals distributed in four facilities in the country—two in Manila and two in Iloilo. It currently has 3,800 employees in Iloilo City, and it intends to increase its workforce to 4,000 by the end of 2024.

“We are looking forward to growing the overall workforce in the country to 10,000 by the end of 2024,” said Nicki Agcaoili, Chief Country Executive of Carelon Global Solutions Philippines.

“Expansion for Iloilo City includes enhancing Carelon’s capabilities by expanding its office space at the Megaworld IT Park and at SM Strata. Integrated in the plan is also upskilling the talent of its employees to attain a fulfilling and meaningful career,” added Agcaoili.
