Emperador Distillers, Inc. has enhanced its operations communications system using the mobility solutions provided by Globe Business, the enterprise arm of Globe Telecom.
“Emperador Distillers Inc. is a fast-growing company, and we want to grow even faster. To achieve that, we needed more tools to improve our team’s alignment, coordination, and communication. Before Globe came into the picture, we were using a plethora of apps and had very little means of monitoring our sales workforce in the field aside from physically going on their respective routes,” said Raphael Carpio, National Sales Head for Emperador Distillers.
The world’s largest brandy company integrated Samsung Knox using postpaid plans to its operations.
According to samsung.com, the Samsung Knox technology “is a leading mobile security solution that provides a secure environment for corporate data and apps for all Galaxy devices. It protects your business and personal privacy from one device without the need for third party IT protection.”
“Our subscription to Samsung Knox through Globe came at the right time. This disciplined process further; enhanced individual sales route plans and account coverage. In addition, Knox provides us with peace of mind, knowing that the information being funneled through employee phones remain secure,” Carpio underscored.
Samsung Knox enhanced the productivity of its workforce by allowing them to stay connected. The technology also ensured that company data are protected for the device has layers of built-in security features that permits the company to isolate, encrypt, and guard data.
Moreover, it secured information exchange among its workforce and it improved Emperador’s on-ground operations monitoring from manufacturing, bottling, down to distribution.
Globe and Samsung have a shared purpose: to help individuals and businesses focus on what matters through innovative and powerful products. These digital solutions will be here to stay in the long run,” shared Raymond Policarpio, Vice President for Product Management & Marketing, Globe Business. “We are delighted that, through our partnership with Emperador Distillers, we are able to support its growth as the world’s largest brandy company.”
